What is your COVID-19 Policy?
As a result of the current pandemic we are only making delivery runs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, if you need your delivery urgently please get in contact and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What if my product shrinks in the wash?Your Palm Skateboarding products should not shrink if washed and dried at the recommended settings, however sometimes, like everything, they may shrink. If for whatever reason you find your product has shrunk we recommended soaking it in water, giving it a good stretch to loosen the fibres and leaving it to air dry.
What is your returns policy?Any product may be returned if unworn and returned in the same condition as when delivered within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item/s, get in contact and we will be sure to accommodate.
What service do you use for delivery?
Our delivery services are currently limited as a result of COVID-19 as a result we can only offer Royal Mail Signed for 2nd Class (₤3.95) at this time.
Do you ship internationally?Yes we do! Although like any international shipping it does come with a cost. For any questions or a delivery quote beforehand contact us at: solly@palmskateboarding.com.
